ZTC contributes to the successful completion of FPSO Almirante Barroso MV32 project
The Almirante Barroso MV32, the 11th floating production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO) refitted by Cosco Shipping Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. for Japan's Mitsui Marine Development Co., has been completed and delivered. The Marine data communication cable used on the wheel is provided exclusively by Tenge Technology. FPSO MV32 will be deployed to the Buzios pre-salt field in Brazil.
The project, which is converted from a very large VLCC tanker with a total length of 332 meters, a width of 58 meters and a depth of 31 meters, is one of the world's largest FPSO projects to be put into production, integrating production processing, storage and unloading, personnel housing and production command. The data communication cables used on the wheel are CAT6A armoured cables and RG11 armoured cables produced by Tenge. The cable has a propagation rate of up to 10 trillion, and has the advantages of resistance to moisture, oil, fire, cold, bending, friction, and solar aging, which can meet the harsh performance requirements of a variety of harsh Marine environments.
In recent years, with advanced production technology, stable product quality and excellent customer service, ZTC has carried out in-depth cooperation with strategic partners in Marine cable market, and participated in the projects of many shipping companies at home and abroad. Its market share has been in a leading position and continued to rise. At the same time, Tengchi Marine cable types, complete certificates (including DNV, ABS, CCS, LR, BV and other national classification societies certification), has a leading edge in the world. The completion of the FPSO MV32 project is another successful participation in an international project after "Xiamen Shipbuilding Heavy Industry signed a communication cable supply project of 2,800 passenger cruise-type passenger rolling ship" with Virgin. Teng Enchi will continue to deepen in the field, adhere to innovation, and continue to research and develop high-end cables required by users.
